Who do I contact?

Be sure to text 832-483-5721 if it is not an emergency; otherwise, call in any of the following cases:

    • If you are late getting home.
    • If you are lost and the SA app is not working and you have already tried searching for the address on Google and Google maps. Also try searching Redfin and Zillow before contacting the office.
    • The client does not open the door and I have already waited more than 5 minutes. Remember to always knock on the door as well because sometimes the doorbell doesn’t work.
    • If you broke something
    • Send pictures immediately via text. Specifically what was broken by you and include what house and where it is located in the house.
    • Remember to show the client the accident and apologize when he is present. You can be fired immediately for not reporting an accident at a house.
    • If you notice that something is broken in the house
    • Send a text message with a picture and specify that it was already broken. Include which house and where the broken item is located in the house.
    • If the home is not within our scope of service and you have already attempted to work with the client. If there is a lot of clutter or a sink full of dishes, politely ask, “Can you pick up this area or should I just work?”
    • If it’s not something you can resolve with the client, send a text message with pictures right away so we can see and communicate with the homeowner. Do not take pictures without the client’s permission when the client is present.
    • If you have a personal emergency and cannot attend your shift.
    • Follow the guidelines in the employee handbook
    • Another teammate does not follow the core values
    • Questions about time off
    • Client complaints
    • Anything you need that is not payroll related
    • Sign in/out problems
    • If you forgot to clock in or out send a text with the times
    • Anything management related
    • Anything you need that can’t be answered by someone else
    • You feel a problem was not solved
    • Ideas for the company: we welcome new ideas from everyone!
