I’m late for my next house?
When possible, text the Hangout office chat at least two hours prior that you are running late so we can adjust the schedule
- determine how long it might take you to finish or arrive at the next home and let the office know
- don’t panic! focus on doing quality work, not rushing
- Let the office worry about the schedule and communicate or adjust the schedule properly
Tech got a flat tire
- Immediately send a message to the client to notify them we are running late
- Let them know the ETA for when it may be changed or fixed
- Have the tech check with your insurance company to see if you have Roadside Assistance available (AAA, Geico, USAA, etc.)
- Call them Immediately
