Laundry Instructions

Make sure you separate the blue microfiber, the mirror rags and the yellow rags. Please, follow these instructions on how to wash the rags:

• Wash with cold water only!
• Do not use fabric softener of any kind – they will lose their absorbent qualities and will make cleaning more difficult
• When possible, wash white mop heads separately with bleach
• You may mix colored microfiber but make sure you use cold water only

If you prefer, there is a washer/dryer available at the office for you to use – please keep in mind: you will be responsible for washing your own laundry, but the office may retrieve your rags for you after the dry cycle is complete and place them in your basket for you to pick up later.

Proper training when handling equipment

If you are ever unsure how to properly use any piece of equipment (IE: certain cleaners, or a glass squeegee) or forget how to operate anything, as we all need refreshers every once in a while, please let the office know so we can help guide you to the right resources to retrain. This will not reflect negatively on you – we understand sometimes we forget things. We just want to make sure you feel as confident in your cleanings as possible. The more confidence you have, the better you will feel, the happier you will be, and the more efficient you will clean (which means being able to make more money!).
