- immediately step back outside and call the office to notify someone
- wait to enter until further instructions – your health safety is of utmost importance!
If you have already started a conversation with the client or person in the home:
- politely inform them that that the office requires you to take social distancing precautions and may not be allowed to clean if someone in the home is sick. Ask them to give you one moment, then notify the office of the next steps to take.
