Decision

If the working interview went well and the trainer sent the form back with no concerns, we would invite them to join the team by sending the Employment Decision form. This will have a welcome letter a link to start self on-boarding. If you select no on the form an email will automatically be sent to the applicant thanking them for their interest.

90-Day Trial

The first 90 days is a trail to make sure they are a good fit and that we are a good fit for them as well. This will be signed in the onboarding process.
