What to do if I have a new time off request from an employee?

When this happen, we should get an email or  a text from the employee

You have to ask Yessica, if she approve it:

  1. Send a text and an email to employee to let them know that we approve them requesting time off, then:
  2. In service Autopilot, You have to go to employees
  3. Select the employee that its requesting the time off
  4. Click on “My Time Off Request”
  5. Click “add request”
  6. Fill the little window with the information of time of request by the employee like date and reason, choose “other unpaid” as type
  7. Then we have to create a calendar event, to create a calendar event, go to calendar view, double click in the employee line that is requesting the time off, it should appear a little window, select calendar event, select appointment time,  add time, for example if she had requested the whole day, add time from 8 to 5 pm. With a subject like this example ‘’Karla Day Off”
  8. Make sure to create the event to show it in the calendar, that way you will not forget that the employee is off, and also you have to assign those houses to another cleaner technician, just the house of that day.
