Be proactive

Clients like to know that you care about your job and the service that you provide.  And, one great way to demonstrate that is to be proactive and periodically ask for feedback from the customer.  You may not always want to hear the truth, but “Wow” can you build loyal customers by being willing to seek out and act on client feedback. As an added bonus, you may start getting more tips because your clients love how well you communicate with them.
