How to Use the SA Phone App

Arrival Windows

This is a brief introduction to how the arrival windows work  and where to find them. The goal is to arrive closer to the beginning on your window. This is how your day is planned.

Clock In/Out for the Day

For clocking in for the day, you tap your profile picture once. For clocking out, tap your profile picture, then tap Clock Out. Clock in for the day once you arrive at your first house, then clock out once you are about to leave your last house.

Clock In/Out of a Job

Clock into each job when are about to start cleaning the house. Clock out of the job once your car is loaded and you are ready to leave. Tap the “Start Job” button to clock in, and the “Stop Job” button to clock out.

Refreshing the SA Phone App

Always try refreshing the app when its not working properly. Tap the top bar where it says “Schedule” 3 times. Then tap the “Clean” button and this will fix most issues you might be having.

1 Hour Text Notification

Be sure to send a text to clients that have the ? icon to the right of their information. Watch the video carefully to find out why its important to you and to the client that this is always done correctly and on time.

Finding Forms

Forms are important because they are used for things like time off requests, supply orders, and checklists. To get there, click on the little box on the top left of your screen. Click in Assets > Forms – new > Forms > Fill out Forms.

Tips/Gratuity

Watch this video to see  how you can tell if a client added a tip through their credit card. This will only show if the client tipped before you see the job and the office had time to enter it in. Some tips will not show on the app if they are added after the service. A To Do will be made for the office in this case and added to the pay period payment was received for the tip.
