Accepting the position for Work/training

I have accepted a position as a cleaning technician with Detail Cleaning Services. I understand that the agreed-upon pay during the training period is $14 per hour. After I complete my first week of training, I understand that the method of payment changes to Pay for Performance.

I will be given a perfect Maintenance Cleaning Manual to read and must be returned upon leaving the company. I understand that if I do not return this book, a $10.00 charge will be deducted from my paycheck. I further understand that if I do not return the complete uniform, all 5 shirts, and apron, I will be deducted $20 for each shirt and $30 for the apron.

I understand that the company adheres to a dress code, and I will follow the dress code guidelines by wearing company t-shirts and approved shorts or pants, and tennis shoes with socks at all times.
