How we calculate pay

PAY FOR PERFORMANCE

 Level 1 = 40%

29 hours of work or less

 Level 2 = 43%

30 to 35 working hours

 Level 3 = 46%

36 hours of work or more

How are Pay for Performance hours determined?

 Monday:

Customer 1 = 4 hours of work (8am to 12pm)

Client 2 = 3 hours of work (12:30 pm to 3:30 pm)

7 hours of work for that day

 Tuesday:

Customer 1 = 3.5 hours of work (8 am to 11:30 am)

Client 2 = 3 hours of work (12:00 pm to 3:00 pm)

6.5 hours of work for that day

 Wednesday:

Customer 1 = 2.5 hours of work (8am to 10:30 am)

Customer 2 = 4 hours of work (11am to 3pm)

6.5 working hours

 Thursday:

 Customer 1 = 4 hours of work (8am to 12pm)

Client 2 = 3 hours of work (12:30 pm to 3:30 pm)

7 hours of work for that day

 Friday:

 Customer 1 = 2.5 hours of work (8am to 10:30 am)

Customer 2 = 4 hours of work (11am to 3pm)

6.5 working hours

Total working hours for 5 days = 33.5

You finish at level 2 = 43%

Pay Week: Clients you cleaned paid $ 1500 x .43 = $ 645.00

Example 2: if customers paid a total of $ 1700.00 x .43 = $ 731.00

What if they take less time? They will be counted by the hours we gave them. Ex: If we gave you 3 hours and it takes you 2:40, it will count 3 hours as work

If you clean 2 houses a day for 5 days it usually puts you at level 2.

To get to level 3 (46%) you have to clean 3 houses a day 3 to 4 times a week

Important: This payment includes gasoline and fares.

Does not include customer tips or $ 10 bonuses for comments from each online customer

It is the responsibility of the worker to write down the tip on the route sheet to put it on.

in your weekly pay

People who are in training cannot receive until they finish the

training.

  1. If they get together in a house and a worker leaves a tip without sharing with her partner,

it is considered theft and you will be fired immediately.

  1. Tips will be given along with your check.

Important: The per diem for fuel and fares is already included in your payment. $ 30 per fuel travel day is set aside for each work day. For example, if your performance pay is $ 700 per week, your pay will be $ 550 + $ 150 (fuel allowance that is not taxable) = $ 700.00

The payment is weekly but a week of funds is left.

Monthly bonuses or monthly competitions are not considered part of the performance pay and may be subject to change or removal at any time.

What happens if they get together in a house?

If they arrive at the same time and leave at the same time, the cost will be divided in half.

Example: Client pays $ 400 each team will be given their percentage of $ 200.

If they arrive at different times:

You will be paid depending on how long they spent at the house. The team that takes longer will be paid more.

Example: In a client who paid $ 400, 2 teams came together that arrived at different times. In total the 2 teams took 8 hours. To calculate how much each team has to pay, we are going to divide the total paid by the client by $ 400 by 8 hours = $ 50. The first team took 5 hours, their pay will be calculated by multiplying $ 50 by 5 = $ 250. The second team that was 3 hours, is calculated by multiplying $ 50 by 3 = $ 150.

 The team that spent 5 hours each worker of that team gets $ 250 x .43% = $ 107.50

 The team that spent 3 hours each worker on that team gets $ 150 x .43% = $ 64.50

REMEMBER:

  • You are paid a percentage of each job
  •  The MORE you work, the higher the percentage pay you make for the week!
  • Give yourself a raise by working complaint-free and efficiently so you will be assigned more jobs and hours!
  • The more job hours assigned the higher percentage pay you make for the week if completed
  • The fewer hours you work, the lower percentage pay you’ll make for the entire week (so absences cost you a lot)
