Always be aware that a cat or dog could be waiting at the front door, so always close the door as soon as you enter or leave. Never leave a door open when entering with cleaning products.
- Immediately close the door in case there are other pets in the home
- Double-check your notes in the SA App to see if there was anything listed regarding the pets
- Immediately text the office chat to inform them that a pet ran out of the home
- The office may need to call the client to inform them if this is a concern
