Since 2009, Detail Cleaning Services has been striving to provide the best quality service at a fix rate. All of our prices are fixed which means we will not charge you more if the maids take longer than expected at your home.

4. Employees or ICs:

We have only employees, and before we hired them, they must pass a background check and are fully trained before they are in client’s home.

5. Scheduling:

How to check for openings? You must have ready at least 1 week in advance and do modifications every time that you need to do it.

6. Scheduling instructions: We have 3 different appointment options: Always offer 8 AM – 1PM first and if the customer wants a shorter window then offer 8AM-8:30 AM or 11:00 AM and 2 PM.

7. How much time should be allowed for travel between jobs?

30 minutes

8. Do techs work solo or in teams?

We do 3000 sqft or bigger deep cleanings in team of 2 and then maintenance/recurring cleaning with solo cleaners, the reason?  

9. In what situations would we schedule a team of 3?

Never

10. How many jobs can a solo cleaner take?

We give our techs the option to clean 2 or 3 homes. A list of cleaning techs has been provided with a detail description of who can clean 2 or 3 homes. Why do we make it optional? We are a family owned business and we like to offer our techs the option to not work long days if they have a family to get home to.

11. How many jobs can a team of two take?

If 2 techs meet at a home at 8AM they can each clean another one after.
