Interview Process
Use the interview question link when doing the interview. We are looking for character over experience.
Things to look for:

Road Map to Interview
Step 1. Sign in sheet
Use this sign in sheet to capture the times, names, and phone numbers of the applicants. This sign in sheet can be used to pull up the applicants application in the Jobs@ email file “Application of employment passed”
Step 2. PowerPoint
Use this PowerPoint to tell the group your company story. This is a custom made PowerPoint presentation with an average of 18-20 slides. At the end of the PowerPoint give applicants the opportunity to decide if they would like to be processed to the next stage for the interview or you can hand pick the applicants that can be processed.
Step 3. Perfect Interview Questions
This Question form is used as the second stage of the group interview. Once the PowerPoint is complete we now begin the short 1-2-1 interview. These questions are specifically made to get the applicant open up and express themselves. Once this interview is complete you will then decide if you would like to send this applicant to a “Working Interview” or Not a good fit.
Step 4. Check references and job history. Call references make sure we get work references and personal. Do a local search on google and Lee county jail. A formal background check will be done if we invite to join the team. If your unsure you can chose the maybe selection and this will send us a reminder to follow up with the applicant.
- Yes: Will send an email notifying we want to do a working interview.
- No: Will send an email that we have gone a different direction- 2 hour delay
- Maybe: Will send the office an email to remember to make a decision
Step 5. Working Interview (Applicant)
This Working Interview form is used to invite the applicant to a working interview. This PDF/form will give the applicant specific information: Time, date, location etc.
Step 6. Working Interview (Trainer)
This Trainer Feedback form is used by the Trainer once the working interview is complete. This PDF/form will help the trainer inform the office of the applicant’s character and qualities. This form is to be returned to the office immediately so the Trainer and office manager can make a decision on the applicant.
