Maintain Equipment

Keeping supplies neat, organized, & clean

We pride ourselves on being polite, professional, and presentable at all times before, during, and after cleaning. We ask everyone to please take 5 minutes when loading your supplies back into your car and tidy up, clean, or wipe down any of your supplies that require it. This will help cut down on the frustration of not knowing where anything is, and in the chance of a client passing by your car while your trunk is open, your vehicle should be presentable.

Your vehicle is a reflection of the quality of service you are providing – if there are empty food containers and trash throughout your car, it gives a poor impression of the quality of service we provide. We know you try hard and do fantastic work, so we want to make sure both you and the company are being represented to others in the best way possible.

Proper training when handling equipment

If you are ever unsure how to properly use any piece of equipment (IE: certain cleaners, or a glass squeegee) or forget how to operate anything, as we all need refreshers every once in a while, please let the office know so we can help guide you to the right resources to retrain. This will not reflect negatively on you – we understand sometimes we forget things. We just want to make sure you feel as confident in your cleanings as possible. The more confidence you have, the better you will feel, the happier you will be, and the more efficient you will clean (which means being able to make more money!).
