Tech arrives at a home and…

Cleaning Tech can’t get in

First: Are they at the right house?

  • Double-check the address is 100% correct
    • some homes have similar addresses but are on different streets (IE: Avenue S vs Avenue E, 23rd St vs 23rd La)
  • Double-check for job entry notes in your SA App
  • try calling the client
  • tell the Cleaning tech to look under the mat for a key

If you are unable to gain entry after everything mentioned have the cleaner wait 15-20 minutes to see if client responds. If no answer see if you can resign the cleaner to a different job and reschedule the house.

There’s nowhere to park

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS OR DRIVEWAY (unless the client gives you express permission beforehand)

  • Update notes for instructions on parking
  • Make sure when booking we ask the client about parking
  • Always instruct Cleaning Techs to not park in driveway
