Tech arrives at a home and…
Cleaning Tech can’t get in
First: Are they at the right house?
- Double-check the address is 100% correct
- some homes have similar addresses but are on different streets (IE: Avenue S vs Avenue E, 23rd St vs 23rd La)
- Double-check for job entry notes in your SA App
- try calling the client
- tell the Cleaning tech to look under the mat for a key
If you are unable to gain entry after everything mentioned have the cleaner wait 15-20 minutes to see if client responds. If no answer see if you can resign the cleaner to a different job and reschedule the house.
There’s nowhere to park
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS OR DRIVEWAY (unless the client gives you express permission beforehand)
- Update notes for instructions on parking
- Make sure when booking we ask the client about parking
- Always instruct Cleaning Techs to not park in driveway
